Unfortunately the pitcher was broken when it was delivered. I know the shipping company had done it, the seller had it well wrapped and fragile all over box. The box was dented and kind of caved in on top and when I opened I could it was broken in that place. The seller could NOT have been nicer or more gracious with communication and refund.
