      Definitely will be a life-saver.

      I've already tested it on a Lenovo Laptop running Windows 7, it works as advertised and using it is easy with the provided documentation. The ability to clone local accounts will also be exceptionally invaluable for PC repair techs, and it even comes with a small list of common boot keys for certain desktop and laptop manufacturers. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product!

      Two computers completely ruined with this key.

      This product completely ruined two of my old HP computers. One of them worked perfectly well using WIN 10, but nobody knew the administrator password so it could not be updated. After using this key, the only thing that happens now when you turn it on is that a box comes up asking you for either the log-in password or the administrator password. Unfortunately, it will only accept 8 characters and my sign-in password has more than that. And, of course, we still do not know the administrator password. The other HP computer had a different outcome but it is also completely unusable now. We did not know either of the passwords on that one, but when you turned it on the WIN 10 screen popped up. Now we just get a page of non-English gibberish, with no way to get out of that.

      USB PASSWORD RESET

      The software is easy to use, and the instruction is very lucid. I was able to get in my windows 10 pc. Thank you very much. It would a good idea to have one for Mac as well. Excellent job guys. keep it up. Theodore.

      Great - but BIOS settings tricky on some PCs.

      This thing works well, but it sometimes requires changing BIOS settings to boot from it, and not necessarily to what it says for the RESET KEY ID. Had to be "USB external drive" for one system.

      Safest bet is a disk

      Bios would not recognize usb as booting device. Waste of money for me. Tried to get help- nothing. Should have got disk
