Very impressed with this seller. Firstly, they had one of the very few listed “new” condition as it’s no longer being produced. And that’s not just on eBay but anywhere online. Secondly, the packaging was just unreal. Tons of padding and wrapping protecting the board which I was the most worried about so it wouldn’t get damaged in shipping. We were told by Whirlpool this control panel was on backorder and expected in 8 months. We were told to not trust buying parts on eBay. 10 stars if I could. I ordered the wrong board for the correct model number, and this company gave me a refund on this board and sent the correct one. I should have sent a message to verify the part number for my serial number. The product arrived as described, shipped quickly, and was well packaged. This is a great company to work with.
