    It just works great.

    I didn't time how speedy it is, or measure how quiet it was. I just needed another removable drive and this one works great. No problems. No noise. There are faster drives out there for money, but for home use, or backups, this is fine.

    500 gb drive finally got it erased for use was supposed to have been cleaned ,but it wasn;t however seems to be good now installed 7 on it and works good ,would buy another as its of good value ....

    Replacement Seagate for T60 Thinkpad

    The 3rd & 2nd Seagate HDD in Lenovo T60 Thinkpad. On installation, had to change BIOS settings for HDD from AHCI to Compatibility mode & it works all good.
