I was skeptical and called the company and the representative was awesome and explained everything that I needed to know about the service I was going to get. I shipped my board and in a few days I got my board back plugged it back in and we are back in business. Highly recommended…..

The board arrived a week late from the guaranteed 2-4 the deliver day. It was not a new or like new board (as advertised). The soldered repairs were heavy handed. The screen has deep scratches. The packaging wasn't damaged so the screen was like that before it was shipped. The backlight on the screen doesn't work. Sticker on shipping bag says, "30% restock fee". No response from seller about faulty product. If you open the bag find a bag product it cost you money for the fraud.

After confusion on my part - * Notice, this is a repair service business. I was expecting to receive what I had ordered.
I did not. I called & explained to them. The gentleman explained they were a service. Send in your electronics for repair.
Note - To list there has to be a items qty. available and qty. sold. They did happen to have what I wanted in stock. Paid the extra due to core charge, Rec'd 4 business days. Work beautifully!! Sent core back. Would absolutely use again!!
