    Expérience culinaire intense. Ça sent très fort et le goût est très puissant, un peu comme un concentré de Maroilles. Mais c'est bon, à tester au moins une fois. À ouvrir immergé dans de l'eau pour éviter le jet et à l'extérieur pour éviter d'embaumer la maison. À manger sur une galette de pain polaire, avec des pommes de terre, beurre Bregott, oignons rouges et crème fraîche. Nous avons bu l'aquavit OP Anderson Klar pour accompagner.
