Looks and works like new! It’s hard to tell this was refurbished as it looks like it was never used at all and was shipped in the same box you would get at Lowes. This was about 1/4 the price I paid for another Hisense 4500 square foot dehumidifier I bought from Lowes with the the same specs! I would definitely buy another one from the seller!

I really like this dehumidifier. The only complaint I have is the slightest bit of dust and hair on the output vent which could have been cleaned just a little more thoroughly. Also I noticed the slightest smell of someone’s else’s house, which has seem to have gone away within the first couple days of use. Other than that, it’s clean, rear compressor coils look replaced with brand new ones.Pump features works flawlessly. hygrometer reads humidity very accurately. Would definitely purchase again
