The popcorn I ordered was mailed in a paper envelope from Sri Lanka to USA. It arrived damaged. The inside package was split open and popcorn falling everywhere when I opened it. Now, they want me to mail the popcorn back to Sri Lanka if I want a full refund and they have stopped communicating with me when I asked them to send me an international shipping label. I feel it is their responsibility to send the label since the popcorn was so poorly packed that it arrived damaged & no response.

The paint brushes are not as described by the product pictures. The item was described as natural bristle; it's synthetic bristle. The item is described as a genuine Harris Brush; The method of manufacture and packaging are nothing like any Harris brushes I have ever purchased. eBay do not see a problem and returning the goods to Sri Lanka (!) would cost 3 times more than the goods cost.
