    My only concern right off the bat occurred when I saw that it was shipped in the box the printer came in which was damaged on all four corners of the box with a big gash on one side of the box. Better packaging would alleviate initial negative concerns. The two ink cartridges that came with the printer were either used up or dried up because printing wasn't happening until I changed out cartridges. However, the price was right and the printer seems to be working which is what matters.
