I went to Egypt and should have bought a cartouche while I was there but I didn't. When I came home I found that Ebay had vendors from Egypt who would make and send me a cartouche. I am so glad I found this jeweler....what a beautiful job he did and it was double sided. The cartouche I almost bought in Egypt was more expensive and one sided. I love the sterling with the gold letters and the rope trim around the body of the cartouche ... it is perfect. You will not be disappointed.
