The item was advertised as 5 1/4 inches and was actually 4 3/4 inches. The seller could not have been nicer. She refunded the charge and told me to keep the item. I could not have been more pleased with her. The glasses were the wrong size but were in excellent shape and the delivery was much faster than I would have expected.
