Had to return. Purchased as new in box and sealed. Not only was the seal broken, but the unit had a smudge on the top of the unit and the cords were out of the package. There was a paper label in the box showing the unit was shipped to her from Amazon. Nothing new about it. A discount offered was refused by me. I paid for new and wanted new. Said wrote had no idea why cords why cords were out of the bag??
