The buyer contacted us 5/07 to say that DHL attempted to deliver the package to his verified address, was unable to do so and was returning the parcel to us. We responded that this shipment was arranged through eBay, suggested he contact DHL & eBay and stated that if it was returned here we would send it back to him. This is totally out of our control and is eBay's responsibility. Therefore, this negative feedback is totally unwarranted.
