The phone itself is good. The shopping experience wasn't. This item was shipped VERY late. It was marked shipped after 4 days. It was not ACTUALLY shipped until over a week later on the latest estimated day it due to arrive. No communication from the seller until I reached out. And it was shipped in an envelope. A PHONE!! I purchased this item as a birthday gift for my daughter. We missed that by a mile. I bought from this seller because their feedback mentioned fast shipping.

This is just untrue. I purchased the phone on the 3rd, not the 4th. The phone was scheduled to be delivered between Sept. 8th & 11th. It was sent out on the 11th. After I reached out twice. Once asking for tracking on the 9th, no apology, just a short note saying you would provide tracking after the weekend. Then I had to ask again on the 11th, that is when you provided tracking and mailed it. If you are having issues, you need to be the one reaching out and keeping your buyers informed.
