Digitally remastered two CD set containing a trio of albums by the funk outfit. Features the Gap Band's first three albums for Mercury Records, dating from 1979 and 1980. All three made the US Top 100 Albums chart with hit singles 'Burn Rubber On Me', 'Oops Up Side Your Head' (originally called 'I Don't Believe You Want To Get Up And Dance (Oops!)' on The Gap Band II) and 'Yearning For Your Love' coming from them. Extensive new notes.

    Excellent package. Remastering absolutely superb. Would highly recommend it.

    It is a 5 star product because it contains all the tracks on their 1st three albums (which contain a lot of the best of their songs), and the quality of the remastering is absolutely top notch. I love listening to these tracks again and again, and never tire of listening to them. A very talented group, that deserved lots more air play than they got. - David. Horsnell.
