Good seller and well packaged, shipped/delivered quickly. The PRODUCT is, in my opinion, not heavy duty as box describes. Not the thick heavy pumice that we used to get from the hardware store. Also, this is no longer made in USA, but China. Since we use these frequently and they get used up quickly, we'll just purchase less expensive pumice in bulk. Would purchase from seller again, just not this item.

    This is one heavy duty quality built sump pump.

    My number one reason for purchasing this Wayne product, is because it is made in the USA! The other reason is because of all the specifications on the unit and how the motor and the bearings are sealed.
