I never agreed to a July 28th delivery date that's absurd. That means that order would have taken 47 days I ordered this on June 10th and it shipped on June 11th. I contacted seller he said the order shipped and that there was nothing he could do about it now and he asked that I give it 30 days. I said no, international mail should not take more than 21 days and it's already been 29. He told me to open a refund. When I attempted to do this, you (eBay) told me this has to come from the seller.

EBay is based on a shipping service that gives an estimated delivery time, allowing for time differences. Sometimes the delivery cannot be exactly 21 days because we are not the last post office. Tried to explain in the hope of being able to give more time and be happy to refund as soon as eBay allows the request to be opened. Thank you!
