    Stein came busted not seller fault refunded my item with no hassle. Mug was wrapped with lots of bubble wrap and paper but did not survive the wrath of the usps. I would advise a box in a box with packing in between for sensitive items. Not my first experience with mugs and steins arriving busted I feel bad for the seller. Overall fast response and service.

    The seller never put the item In the mail. I've contacted seller and the United States Postal Service. The seller said they dropped it off and the USPS told me a label was created but it was never physically dropped off to them.

    I did dropoff at the postoffice and because the postoffice didn't do their job, I refunded you at your request. Why leave me negative feedback when I've communicated to you over and over again that it's not my fault? You got your refund and i'm out shipping, time and headphones. now a negative feedback for something i had no control over. once the package is dropped off at the postoffice, but it doesn't register.. what am i supposed to do??
