I ordered the red Brigitte satchel bag and unfortunately it got lost in the mail with usps. Keep in mind this was not the seller's nor my fault. I reached back out to the seller, and they generously sent me another at no additional cost. They communicated quickly with me and were v. This was probably one of the nicest sellers I have dealt with on ebay. I would have been out the cost of the bag with most other sellers with no way to resolve the issue.
