Prompt shipping. Sadly, the shoes have an extremely oversized length. Despite the inner label showing 10.5 Wide (my size), I literally had around an inch of gap behind my Achilles' heel while wearing thick socks. The high arch forces my foot to lay in a specific spot, which for me results in the heel gap while my toes are near the front. Merrell's QC/sizing is all over the place, e.g., for MOAB 3 I had to go up a full size in boot and half size up in shoe. I donated these; not worth returning.

I did send a question to the vendor that wasn't answered. Otherwise, shoes were a good price and came promptly, arrived even a little earlier than expected.
