Tim was great to do business with! Replied to questions in a timely manner. Packaging was wrapped with a good amount of bubble wrap in a box. Tim sent out package as soon as possible. Package arrived in good working condition. Little dings here and there on it from wear and tear when it was used, but that was to be expected since Tim wrote that it would have signs of previous use like that. Would recommend Tim to anyone looking to buy this product or anything else he sells.
