However I then missed an email from the seller asking for an extra €34 for shipping. I received another email stating I hadn’t replied to the last email and they were canceling my order and refunding my money. The refund was promptly processed (thank you ) but I don’t understand why the increased shipping costs. Especially when shipping would have worked out to €49 and the item only cost €25.
