The Seller had excellent pre-purchase communication about self repair and buying used parts. I had tried to fix my TV myself without proper training, just relying on an internet thread. When I replaced the motherboard, my TV still didn't work, but due to the Seller's excellent communication on these matters, I was dissappointed, but not at all unhappy with the Seller.
