He was on time but the scale didn't work as intended and he didn't know what the issue was for sure was so we cut the price and I gambled that I could resolve the problem. I was able to get it to work without needing to buy new parts but I would have given him good feedback if I hadn't just because he was on-time and was open to negotiate to resolve the exchange.
