    Pretty but VERY poor

    I hate this phone! It performs inconsistently. Its features are mostly IMPOSSIBLE to use. This is my second try at a review because you will not accept negative comments. How phony you are! I can't explain what's good because NOTHING is better than the Cricket phone I had for free! The phone is a HUGE mistake on my part. I resent being forced to STAND and wait interminably at Verizon for service. I'm looking for a different phone and provider as I'm uncertain how much of my very negative experience is the phone and how much is Verizon. Gary Arnold

    Great phone for the price

    This is an amazing phone for the price, runs android 6.0 and even has wireless charging! The only downfall is the included charger which is 0.7amp which is very very low and will take forever to charge the phone.
