"Injustice: Gods Among Us" is a fighting game developed by NetherRealm Studios for the Xbox 360. Based in the DC Comics universe, it features much of the DC Comics cast, including Batman, Superman, Green Arrow, Wonder Woman, Lex Luthor, Green Lantern, and The Joker. With a release date that coordinated with the 2013 movie "Man of Steel," the game focuses heavily on the conflicts between the characters in the DC Universe and enables players to see heroes and villains face off against one another. The premise of the game is a series of matchups that pit the characters against each other with each one having unique skills, abilities, and combo moves. It is based on the combo system characteristic of NetherRealm Studios and developed with an emphasis on cinematic combat and supernatural abilities.The premise of the game is that The Joker successfully destroys Metropolis with a nuclear device, setting off a series of wars. The conflicts involve both heroes and villains who seek to either build on The Joker's destruction or undo it via exploration within alternate dimensions. Players work through this story in an extended campaign that serves as a story for them to enjoy and a tutorial for the multiplayer mode of the game. Players must make their way through the portion of the story that centers around each character. They systematically learn about all of their available moves, skills, and special abilities while defeating a series of opponents. Standard fighting setups are interspersed with mini-games to break up gameplay and help players master difficult moves or deadly techniques. The Xbox 360 version of "Injustice: Gods Among Us" is rated T for Teen for blood and mild swearing.Where "Injustice: Gods Among Us" shines is its multiplayer mode.     Awesome Fighter Game!!! I think my favorite of all time at this point.

    Just purchased this video game for my Xbox 360 so I cannot give a totally in depth review of it at this point.(Yes I still have a 360as my top system.) But I have played it for about 3 hours with my kids and we think that this is one of the coolest fighter video games we have ever played for sure. Awesome, awesome graphics!!! This game looks absolutely incredible. No glitches or slow game play anywhere whatsoever and it has a huge variety of individual moves for each character. I see there is a Injustice 2 out for the Xbox One and it looks wicked also. In fact the graphics are even better! Maybe its about time we invested in a new 1 or 2TB game system I think. But I will still keep my 360 and wont retire it. (I have kept all of my old systems going all the way back to a Sega Genesis and a ...

    This is a great game that is action packed and offers many great characters to play as. My son loves it.

    Overall this is a great game. The graphics and characters are well detailed and have their own special moves. The set up during battle is nice and allows for ease in switching characters. It is good because it engages my teens as well as my younger boys as well.

    Phenomenal game, 2013 Classic, great combat!

    Absolutely one of the best games I have played in a long time! This year has already released some classic games that will define the year's gaming, including Bioshock Infinite, and now...Injustice! This game has alot of features and a wide variety of gameplay. Like most fighting games, it can be repetitive, however, with the wide styles of fighting between characters and the varied difficulties, it is always a unique fight.

    Fun game that teaches you the hero and villain stories!

    It's pretty good very much a mortal combat kind of game. The story is interesting and it's challenging. Great characters and lotta trash talk. Reminds me of infinate worlds series in the coomic book world would like to sea a DC and Marvel mashup! Beat the game in a few hours and there are side missions like star labs and the training fights, I could still go back and play it again and find something new to do! Also love the individual fights and other characters not in the story line! In my opinion there is no one that could possibly beat superman but it's just a game.
