  • Just about Okay....

This book purchase is part of my syllabus at SBU-MBA and was recommended by my professor. So far I have read only the first couple of chapters and found this book to be quite an abstract and perhaps not at all focused as to what the authors wish to speak!!! It's all about cases and examples which I could have anyway downloaded from the net. Not very impressive as much as I thought and had expectations from McGraw Hill publishing!!!

  • Not too shabby

As good as any textbook could be -- also mentions lots of products and services I'd never heard of and have thus looked into further.
