Ordered full headgear chin strap and recieved a different one all together. Sent one that just looped aroung your head like a big rubber band. When I sent a message that it was the wrong one. Seller sent a return telling me that the item still had value to me and that I could have a partial refund. I was given a full refund, but I feel that the item was a bait and switch. I told them that I wanted the item I purchased or a full refund, and was given the refund. Don't think they had the real item
