The dispatch time was great, sent immediately however packaging was sparce, the first unit turned up with damage but after some great comms the seller sent a new unit however packaging remained the same. My only slight negative is that where sellers advertise the "Make An Offer" option, if there's a minimum, they should say "offers above" etc. This stops lower offers they'd never accept and saves everyone time in the process. I had two reduced offers declined and ultimately simply just chose the buy it now price.
