Awesome customer service. Listing title stated this was an unlocked phone but in the details it was clear that the phone was locked to a specific carrier. While processing my order they took the time to email me to ensure that I was aware that it was a locked phone and to which carrier. I was aware and this was my carrier but they went above and beyond to make sure I was going to be happy with my purchase. In addition shipping was fast and I received my phone 3 days before I was expecting it

Second attempt at purchasing this phone from different sellers. Excellent communication and super fast shipping. Although used, excellent condition although battery was described to be in better health (was 78%). After negotiating, they offered partial credit which I accepted. I’m satisfied though it seems quality control in general is an issue with used phone sales. Would do business again.
