I shipped this 2/1, as promised in my shipping disclosure, by Priority Mail. USPS promises 2-3 day delivery thru Priority Mail, however, they did not deliver until 2/9. Once USPS is in possession of the package delivery time is out of my hands. Therefore, the package arriving later than expected was the fault of USPS, not I, since I did mail it on time.
