Original pair of earbuds had the same issue the replacement pair had which was the left side wouldn't charge after communicating about the issue I offered to pay for an additional pair to help with the issue yesterday a package came with 2 sets of earbuds one I paid for and the other replacing the pair that was defective both pairs charge and work perfectly I am happy with the earbuds and the transaction altogether thank you for standing behind your product

Unfortunately this is one of the worst sellers on eBay. Absolutely no communication, an didn't drop the package off to be shipped till two days after I filled a report. I waited 18 days for something that could have been here in 4. This seller will waist your time. As a former seller and someone who works customer service there's really no excuse! BUYERS BEWARE! This experience was so bad I'm going to second guess using ebay from now on. No need to buy things I can get at a retailer the same day
