First, the item was scanned improperly. Then, EBAY relies on automated processes and formalized scripts not suitable for unusual or difficult situations and I'm totally blind so I was unable to send a message to the seller as soon as I detected problems with tracking so I called PayPal since their customer support is GREAT and EBAY'S is 1 out of 10 and I couldn't contact the seller. Next, the seller, not understanding how EBAY made things hard, thought I jumpped the gun. Goods not received.

There was a mistake with the shipping. The carrier was totally at fault. We tried to ship this item as quickly as possible out to the buyer. It was scanned incorrectly by the delivery service and sent the wrong information to the buyer. This caused the buyer to demand a refund before we could sort out the issue with the mail service. I understand the frustration they felt however initiating the chargeback forced us to get the package back. Buyer was refunded. We were not at fault/were not paid.
