I've ordered two products from them both of which came in terrible condition. Not only were they missing parts but both were broken. The term eBay refurbished means absolutely nothing to me at this point. I've had to send both of them back I do not recommend purchasing from them! They do nothing to actually refurbish a product. They shipped an expensive power tool in just a plastic bag no wonder it was broken!
