The item is exactly as described. It arrived in environmentally friendly packaging, easy to open without damaging the shirt. The shipping cost feels a little high to me, considering it's a 4 oz shirt in a 2 oz plastic envelope. I'm happy to support reducing the landfill of perfectly wearable clothes!

Good morning. I sent you a private message but just in case you didn't see it I wanted to reply here. Thank you for your feedback. The shipping costs are a flat rate and help cover longer distances, the cost of materials and laundering the items also. I do, however refund unnecessary overages. I agree!
