But the seller has been excellent and has refunded me the full amount. There communication has been excellent too. I feel very sorry for them. I always have issues with EVRI running behind schedule, and this time it lead to them trying to deliver to a business on a Sunday evening, despite the address stating the opening times, so the package now just permanently says out for delivery.
