Never go without GSE
I love using GSE for gargling in order to avoid and cure illness. It kills strep throat. After positive strep culture in my 3 children I had them gargle with GSE 4 times a day with 16 drops of it in about 4 ounces of warm water held at the back of the throat for as long as possible each time. Then put 16 drops into a cup of healthy organic no sugar juice or warm water or herbal tea and swallow it down to kill oogies growing in the gut. Great stuff!
