Seller sent the wrong muffler completely. Upon realizing it I messaged seller and requested a return in hopes he could send the right one. I was on a time crunch to have some type of muffler before a long trip. He said his fault and to return it and re order it. Not what I expected considering I ordered the right one and waited for it to come. Ended up going to advance auto and getting a flow master so happy I did and I wouldn’t do business with this seller again

Just wanted to apologize again, I am sorry and it was completely my mistake. I do try to to avoid mistakes and do not make them often.This order was placed on a Sunday and delivered incorrectly that Tuesday. Customer requested a return label through eBay Tuesday night. He also messaged separately, and he explained he needed a replacement before the weekend. I offered to make that happen. Customer declined, which I completely understand. I requested credit as soon as he dropped at the PO.
