To be honest shipping was perfect and fast but the watch itself is NOT worth almost $300… the watch face arrived crooked and off center idk if that happened at the factory but watch feels cheap. It does work surprisingly well even with the crooked dial. Just be prepared for subpar quality control on the watches

This was a terrible experience. They sent the wrong size. Posting stated they would allow sizing. It did not provide that option. When I contacted them about right after the purchase they nonchalantly stated I could not have it sized bc they shipped it. I ended up a a Christmas present to give someone with an item in the wrong size that cost me $500 so I could then tell this person to resize their gift. Terrible experience.
