The plastic wrapping package was not sealed, so I cannot verify if the part is new or refurbished but appears to be new. Definitely OEM as verified by the branding of "Robertshaw" and "Invensys" stampings. When installed and working is definitely a good value. The item and was shipped in a timely manner; however, bubble wrap should have been used in the box that the item was shipped in. Good seller. Would recommend this seller.

I was not thrilled to pay for the shipping, given the poor history of USPS delivery service here. It took longer than expected, to arrive. It arrived well packed, in a sturdy box to protect it. The item was as described, with the proper finish. Only the escutcheon trim, had a minor flaw in it. I found this exact item, in a different finish, for much less, & free shipping. Still better value than buying it new.
