Unfortunately during transit from the U.S.A.to England the porcelain face mask is shattered, Due to not being packaged properly. Packing consisted of tissue paper and a small piece of bubble wrap.No Fragile instructions on outer box .I have e.mailed the seller,and their responce was they had contacted the post office and was told i must take this up with E.Bay mailing department. So now i look to you for help and support regarding a refund of item purchased.
