My experience with the seller has been terrible! I asked the seller before bidding if the window was broken, and it was not. The window arrived in a flimsy box with two small squares of bubble wrap so of course it broke in transit. The seller claims the package was insured with UPS and I could file a claim. UPS would only allow the seller to file, and I told him. I was offered the $100 insured amt and $80 shipping. My contact info was provided and now he has ghosted me. I'm lost $188!!
