The item was made out of plastic. It is not heavy enough to hold a real full side helmet. I had to use it for a baseball cap instead. Too much shipping cost for plastic

Please enter the weight and box dimensions and you will see that I am spot on with my shipping price. I would gladly have accepted a return if you were not happy.
