I had made contact to resolve the issue and was willing to overlook their poor service if I got what I ordered. I have to call out their poor trading standards. They changed their advertisement after point of sale (see photos) - so take a picture of your purchase. Only when I called them out with the photos did I get an apology and a refund. Shame it ended this way.
