Seller in Ca. gets an A+ in their communication w/ me and their attempts to rectify wrong size product sent, then 2 instances of damaged product BEFORE supplier even “packed” product in shipping box.
Supplier in Mundelein, IL. Gets a “F-“ rating. They’re going to make things hard for seller to have satisfied customers. Supplier should be “ called to the carpet”.
Not seller’s fault at all, IMHO.

I cancelled the transaction in less than 5 minutes of ordering because I found a much better price from another eBay seller.
The seller did not cancel the order and proceeded to still deliver the item. I attempted to return but the seller refused. I asked for a refund and the seller also refused. The seller did not have a “no cancellation policy”. Not a good experience with this seller.
