I have to take 1 tsp of C-60 oil and that burns a little when I swallow it, so I use OLDE WORLD ICELANDIC CLO to "chase" it down because it tastes great and it's cold too! There are certain oils you should never take in cap form and this is one of them! So, if you know what you're doing try this one so you will not be disappointed! 4/2024

    Garden of Life Olde World Icelandic Cod Liver Oil

    I think that this is a good quality cod liver oil. The lemon mint flavor masks the cod liver oil taste pretty well. Compared to a few other brands, I think that the value for the money is alright. I do recommend this product.
