    Very good product, highly recommend this.

    This has no flavor and is like drinking sawdust water - but it works. I have used Metamucil for years and this is better. After only two days I am going to order more. If you use fiber therapy and want no sugar this is the thing to get. Highly recommend this product.

    Smooth as silk

    Excellent quality. Mixes easily with water, 1/2 Tsp with 8 oz water, once every morning. I am 80 years old with potential for constipation and erratic bowl. Above is what I need. Had to experiment to get it just right. It's controlled and smooth as silk.
