    Less expensive, doesn't mess with food flavors

    Pea protein is just as good a whey protein but less expensive. If you are trying to lose weight, whey will get you there a little faster, but I am more interested in having protein I can add to meals I make at less cost. It's a little gritty, so think about what you want to put it in. Experiment with small amounts. It's impossible to find unflavored protein in my area, so I need the pure stuff since chocolate squash does not appeal to me. You need a blender of course, but then it mixes into smoothies and so on just fine.

    E-ffect beats A-ffect.

    ZERO CHOLESTEROL!! Most protein powders have an abundant supply. The only downside would be the bland taste. A bit of "un" natural stuff...like chocolate powder...would be okay. Using your powder right after a long workout gives me a true sense of being refueled. Too bad my 66-year-old body won't let me truly take advantage of the sensation. Good work. Good "stuff".

    Isolate Pea Protein

    This is a good product you can add your personal flavor to it or sip it us such! Be sure to stir it well in a full cup of water in stages (little water at the time). If you get used with the "technique", the powder dissolves entirely! Overall a good product!

    Now Sports Pea Plant Protein Powder

    Use it with flavors...I mix in sugar free Hershey's chocolate syrup. Also use it in baking...I mix a scoop with Pillsbury sugar free brownie mix and egg white-no oil, for a low-fat protein brownie. Also, this is a low cost way to supplement your protein instead of spending lots of money on protein bars and shakes, which also adds a lot more calories. Another plus is no cholesterol, whey protein can pack on pounds if your not careful, as well as increase your cholesterol intake.
