Vites Improve Mental and physical energy
I'm 70 yrs old~My energy level picked up immediately with 2 caps in morning and 2 caps at night but it interfered with falling asleep at night so I dropped it to 1 in morning a 1 at night~falling asleep now at night when I should and have a decent amount of energy during the day~take with other supplements, D3, Vit C, Fish Oil, turmeric, glucosamine and probiotics and eat organically, am a meat eater for 50 yrs with no problems and don't look like a walking zombie~needless to say, I'm a very young 70, live in the rural mountains and do work-outs that people half my age would struggle through so long story short, these vites improve mental alertness and definitely work for energy! Awesome, as in high quality, as in high potency for the price. I spent hours trying to look at the ingredients in 8 other items, but 3 didn't want that their item be 'looked" at and the other 5 were such low Recommended Daily Requirements (meas the lowest / least they should recommend,) was mostly the least that those other brands would get away with "selling." SO YES best buy of the others.

Can't beat the quality for the money.
lifeforce multiple capsules 4 a day or the caplet 2 a day are a high quality supplement. Solgar Omnium is equivalent but cost is higher. Both are good high quality.
