Listing states buyer pays for RETURN shipping ($7) but seller charged for return AND original shipping and stated it was in listing. It was not. When I asked for seller to point it out in listing, she stopped all communication. eBay resolution said as a top seller, they can choose to charge original shipping even though not stated in listing. Had it been stated, I would not have taken a chance on item. I was charged the $7, but seller decided to charge an additional $14, just because she could.
